Molding Process Technician

Responsibilities:

The Process Technician is responsible for the start up of new products, obtaining of first article approval, and establishment of stable process that optimizes cycle time, scrap, and quality.  Facility operates more than 25 injection molders ranging in size to 1500 tons and processes both commodity and engineering resins. 

Requirements include:

• 3 to 5 years minimum experience in Injection Molding in a fast paced, quality oriented environment.
• Training and experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving most common molding process, equipment, materials, or tooling problems.
• High School Diploma and training in extrusion and thermoforming.
