Chemical Process Engineers

Chemical Engineers looking for an opportunity to work for one of the world’s largest manufacturers of chemicals for applications in foods, polymers, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical preparations-Take a look at this!  Chemical Process Engineers needed in Tennessee.

Responsibilities:

Immediate need for two Chemical Engineers / Process Engineers to work in a state of the art refining facility producing a variety of chemicals for food and industrial applications. Primary focus will be on the continual improvement of process efficiencies and the completion of large scale capital improvement projects.  Duties will include:

• Troubleshooting day to day Chemical Processing issues and working to optimize process efficiencies.
• Supervision of outside equipment and construction vendors in the completion of large projects involving new equipment installations, upgrades and overhauls designed to improve efficiencies and reduce costs. 
• Work in the development of new processes including the justification, selection, and installation of capital equipment.
• Implementation of all required safety procedures.

Requirements include:

• BS Chemical Engineering
• 3 to 10 years of experience in chemical process industry involving separation, fermentation, and related refining processes. 
• Skills in the application of modern root cause analyses to solve complex chemical processing problems.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills and ability to work in high performance teams.
